Sukoon started its Internship Training Program, in August 2022, to provide an opportunity to fresh graduates to reach their full potential. The program continued with success in 2023, graduating 13 interns across 4 batches.
The key goal was to mentor, lead, and turn young individuals into capable, resilient, and experienced professionals. With the help of this training, the interns can contribute meaningfully to their careers. Sukoon provided all the interns with structured training that included essential skills like communication, teamwork, and digital competence. All the participants were able to get the much-needed business exposure and practical skills needed in the workplace, and secure jobs with reputed companies.
This was not just an investment in people but their potential, capability and the future of Oman’s workforce.
