Badr Al Ghurair is CEO of Al Ghurair’s Mobility Transport division, overseeing Kabi - one of the UAE’s largest taxi fleets - and Zed, a ride-hailing app offering personalized journeys. A visionary leader, he also heads Ventures, guiding businesses across Publishing, Retail, Education, and more. Under his leadership, Kabi launched the UAE’s first franchise taxi operation in 2000 and now boasts a 4,000-vehicle fleet. It was also the first in the country to run a fully Hybrid/CNG fleet, highlighting its sustainability focus. Badr is Chairman of Sukoon Insurance and a board member at National Cement. Formerly CEO of Al Ghurair Construction, he has extensive experience in various senior roles at Dubai Holding. He holds a Bachelor's in Economics from Boston University.

Mohamed Abdel-Hamid Abdel-Razek is a highly accomplished IT executive with a wealth of experience, spanning 30 years, in IT Management, Strategy, Operations, and Transformation. His expertise lies in strategy execution, cost optimisation, change management and leadership, covering sectors like telecommunication, oil and gas, FMCG, and financial services in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

He is also Mashreq Bank’s ESVP – Group Head of Technology, Transformation and Information in the UAE, as well as the Internal Non-Executive Director of its Pakistan chapter.

Hamda AlShamali is a seasoned senior Emirati HR professional with a wealth of experience, of over 20 years, in building HR function and teams from the ground-up, resiliently leading extensive teams, strengthening HR operations while supporting employee engagement, performance, retention, and talent development with leading local and international companies in the banking and insurance industry.

She joined Sukoon's Board of Directors in 2024. Hamda is also part of Mashreq Bank’s Executive Committee, charged with leading an innovative people mandate. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Higher Colleges of Technology, Dubai.

Abdulla bin Habtoor is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in investment and real estate. Currently serving as CEO of Shamal Holding, he drives strategic direction and oversees a global portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality, and leisure. Prior roles include Chief Portfolio Management Officer at Shamal Holding and senior positions with The Office of HH the Crown Prince of Dubai. Abdulla holds a Master of Science in Consulting Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from Alliant International University, USA. He is recognised for his leadership in governance, operational excellence, and delivering sustainable growth.

Oliver Lang is a seasoned executive with unmatched expertise in fintech, insurtech, and financial services.

Currently a Board Member at Swiss Fintech AG and an Advisory Board Member at WeGroup NV, he has a proven track record of leading high-growth companies, including serving as COO and CEO in various roles at wefox Group. Oliver is the founder of multiple successful ventures and has completed significant M&A transactions. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Eberhard Karls Tübingen and is recognised for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and leadership in digital transformation.

Paolo De Martin is an accomplished leader with extensive global experience in reinsurance and financial services. He served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SCOR Global Life, bringing immense value and inspiring growth during his tenure, having previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the same group as well as Converium and GE Insurance Solutions. Paolo is recognised for driving profitability, business transformation, and innovation.

He holds a Master of Science in Business Economics from Università Ca’ Foscari in Venice, Italy.

Saood Abdulaziz Abdulla Ahmad Al Ghurair holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of San Diego, California. Starting his professional career by assuming key positions at various local and international banks, he is widely known for his strategic foresight and entrepreneurial flair, leading OTG, NED Investments, and Hattan since 2018 as their Chief Executive Officer (CEO), respectively. In 2023, he also joined the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Al Ghurair Investments.
