Register your claim at generalinsuranceclaims@sukoon.com, with the following documents:

  • Policy number
  • Date of loss
  • Nature of loss
  • Brief description of damage
  • Pictures of the loss/damaged occurred (short videos if possible)
  • Estimate of loss

Once this info is shared, our claims team will reach out to you for necessary assistance.

    Download the English and the Arabic claim forms by clicking on the links. When you contact us, you will be prompted for your policy number as stated in the Certificate of Insurance. You may, if you prefer, also visit one of our offices to file your claim.

  • DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

    Send the following documents to generalinsuranceclaims@sukoon.com along with a completed, stamped and signed claim form:

    • Copy of Claim Form
    • Proof of Ownership
    • Police Report

    • Copy of Policy Schedule

    We may ask for additional documents as and when they are required for the claim processing.

  • CLAIM SETTLEMENT

    We will try our best to pay all eligible claims within 5 working days of receiving the required documents. All claims will be settled via bank transfer. Alternatively, you may request the payment to be made by cheque.
