PERSONAL ACCIDENT

Below, you’ll find clear guidance on how to submit your personal accident claim and understand the steps that follow. Our claims process is straightforward and efficient, ensuring your claim is handled promptly and settled with minimal complexity.

    You may, if you prefer, also visit one of our offices to file your claim.

    You will need to:

    a. Request a claim form along with the completion instructions

    b. Complete the claim form and return it to us together with the required original supporting documentation

    c. Give brief details of the loss circumstances

    Please remember that you must submit your claim within 30 days from the date of the accident. When you contact us, you will be prompted for your policy number, which you can find in the Policy Schedule.

  • CLAIM SETTLEMENT

    We will try our best to pay all eligible claims within 5 working days of receiving the required documents. All claims will be settled via bank transfer. Alternatively, you may request the payment to be made by cheque.
