Sukoon has always been focused on empowering young professionals and providing them guidance. As part of the company’s long-standing obligation to youth mentoring and leadership, Sukoon participated in two Job and Training Exhibitions in 2023, hosted by the College of Banking and Financial Studies and Oman College of Management and Technology.
These exhibitions helped pave a path for this generation’s young minds and provided a platform to implement Sukoon’s Internship Training Program. This included explaining the enrollment process and highlighting the substantial benefits of hands-on experience in a completely corporate setting. Current students and recent graduates were coached on how the program can help build necessary soft skills like communication and teamwork, along with technical expertise.
This training initiative increased Sukoon’s visibility and outreach by inspiring fresh talent while reinforcing its strong role as a supporter of career building and both educational and personal growth.
