At the same ceremony, Sukoon’s CEO, Jean-Louis Laurent Josi, was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award – Leadership. Under his leadership, Sukoon has undergone a successful rebranding from Oman Insurance, significantly enhancing its market presence. He has strategically expanded the company’s footprint through key initiatives, including the acquisition of Sukoon Takaful, the launch of Workplace Savings Solutions, and the integration of Lloyd’s Syndicate 2880.

• Achieving 100% Straight Through Processing (STP) for HealthPlus renewals, ensuring a fully automated process.
• Successfully migration of our call centre from on-premises infrastructure to a GenAI-powered AWS Cloud, improving service quality.
