Oman Insurance transfers shares of ITACO Bahrain Co. W.L.L.

Oman Insurance Company, a leading Dubai based composite insurer, has transferred all its shares of ITACO Bahrain Co. W.L.L., a private company operating within the customer service sector and providing Roadside Assistance worldwide.
The transfer is equivalent to 60% shareholding. Following this transaction, Oman Insurance Company does not own any shares in the company.
