Our Board of Directors

Abdul Aziz Abdulla Al Ghurair Chairman
His Excellency, Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair, is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mashreq Bank. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Abdullah Al Ghurair Group of Companies, one of the biggest and most successful business groups in the Middle East. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of many other major local and regional companies and institutions. He holds an Honours Degree from the California Polytechnic State University in Industrial Engineering.
Ali Rashed Lootah Vice Chairman
Mr. Ali Rashid Ahmed Lootah is a businessman and a prominent member of a respected Dubai business family. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Sukoon. He is also the Vice Chairman of Mashreq Bank, Board Member of Al Islami Company and is also a member of Civil Engineers Society.
Rashed Saif Al Jarwan Member
Mr. Rashed Saif Al Jarwan is a Board Member at Sukoon and has over 40 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in petroleum and natural gas engineering. He is also the Chairman of Al Ghurair Holding, Vice Chairman of Dana Gas, Board Member at Emarat, Mashreq Bank and DIFC.
Badr Abdulla Al Ghurair Member
Mr. Badr Abdullah has been a Board Member at Sukoon for over 8 years.

He is the CEO of CarsTaxi and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
Hazem Shish Member
Mr. Hazem Shish has been elected as a Board Member at Sukoon on 12th April 2022. He is the Co-Founder & CEO of ‘REVAM LTD’: An Alternative Asset Management and Advisory Platform.
He has extensive experience in M&A transactions in the region, and holds a Master's degree of Science in Management with an emphasis on International Finance & Banking.
Nabeel Waheed Rashed Waheed Member
Along with his current position at Sukoon, Mr. Nabeel is a Board Member at AG Melco and AG University. He is also the Group Head Treasury and Finance at Al Ghurair Investment.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
Dr. Muna Tahlak Member
Dr. Muna has been a Board Member at Sukoon for over a year. She is the CEO of Latifa Hospital.

She is American Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has a Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
